This Metal Roof Basics for the Architect webinar will explain for architects the basics of understanding, specifying and inspecting a metal roof. A metal roof is a structural element of a building and needs to meet all code and energy requirements at the least. However, there are many other components of a properly designed and installed metal roof that, if not properly understood, can cause an architect problems and even lawsuits if not properly handled.
This webinar will be presented from not only a design and specification level, but also from a metal roof installation level. Both are equally important in providing a properly designed and installed metal roof system that will satisfy the building and building owner’s needs for decades to come.
